Rental inquiries

When you submit a rental request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and event details. This information is used solely to process and communicate about your booking.

Member accounts

When you register as a member, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number. We also store your notification preferences and event sign-up history.

Dues payments

Annual dues are processed through a third-party payment processor. We do not store your card number or payment details. We retain a record of payment confirmation for our own accounting.

Usage data

We do not use analytics services, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. The only cookies set by this site are strictly necessary session cookies used to keep you logged in while using the members or admin area. These are removed when you sign out. Our hosting provider may retain standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) for a limited period for security and operational purposes.

How we use your information

  • To authenticate members and provide access to the members area
  • To send event confirmations and reminders (email and/or SMS, based on your preferences)

SMS notifications

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
